Working to Protect Your Rights

The original thirteen states refused to accept the Constitution until it was changed. The change they demanded was a Bill of Rights that would guarantee that they would never again face an oppressive government.

Unfortunately, many seem to be willing to sacrifice those rights that were so dearly and wisely earned by our forefathers. There is a need to have a member of Congress that understands the importance of protecting all of your rights.

It is Time for Fiscal Responsibility.

America cannot afford to continue the irresponsible practice of just printing money whenever we feel we need more. This practice reduces the value of our dollar and destroys our economy. We must balance our budget.

My District

I live in Arnold (The center of the 3rd Congressional District). I was born in the 3rd District and I have lived and worked here all of my life. I have lived in South St. Louis, St. Louis County and Jefferson County. I have a vested interest in what happens here.

  I am Not a Lawyer

A friend of mine likes to quote the adage that, "if the only tool you have is a hammer, then every problem looks like a nail." If all we send to Washington are lawyers, then every problem looks like a law.

Can One Person Make a Difference?

People ask me if I think one person can make a difference. The answer is "Yes, I do." Washington, Lincoln, Jefferson, Mother Theresa, Billy Graham, and more than it is possible to list (all single individuals who made a major difference). But the issue here is that you need to send a person to Congress who really believes the issues he stands for and who is committed to fight for them. If we send people who only promise things in order to get elected, things will never change.
